Spring is here. The days are longer and the sun has definitely got his hat on. Of course this now means that the sun likes to invade our dining room in the latter half of the day, forcing us to pulled the blind down and prevent the room heating up as well as stop the… Continue reading And that was April 2025

And that was March 2025
As always, passing by March makes time feel like it's moving fast; we're now a quarter of the way through the year! We had a visit to our South coast friends which saw some more 4-player experiences of games we all normally play at 2. And we finally got the chance to see what all… Continue reading And that was March 2025
And that was February 2025
Despite starting February with a gaming high, it went quickly downhill thanks to me becoming ill on the 2nd and not getting any better until the 16th. And that was January 2025
A new year has begun. Apparently it happens every 12 months. A lot as changed since the last January post. I got married. I started my second year of Uni. Deadpool and Wolverine came and went. One thing that hasn't changed in the transfer from 2024 to 2025 is our love of board games and… Continue reading And that was January 2025
And that was 2024!

As with last years… Continue reading And that was 2024!
And that was December 2024

I plan to have a review of the year up here in about a week, but for now let's look back over the final month, the festive month, that was December. KICKSTARTER ARRIVALS This one went down to… Continue reading And that was December 2024
And that was May 2024
The sun is shining which means I'm doing my best to stay indoors in the shadows and play boardgames with the curtains closed (can't stand that sun glare off the sleeved cards, lol). May has been a slower game month than usual for us. A cancelled meetup, Uni assignment deadlines, and that damn heat, all… Continue reading And that was May 2024
